Order Agreement

By placing an order with Heather’s Wardrobe, you confirm that you:

  • Agree to this Return & Refund Policy
  • Accept our shipping, handling, and return conditions
  • Understand that this policy forms part of the purchase agreement

This policy may be used as evidence in payment disputes or chargebacks.


Returns 

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Must be in original condition and packaging
  • Must be free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email info@heatherswardrobe.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)
  3. Wait for written return authorization before shipping

Important:

  • Returns sent without approval may be refused
  • A trackable shipping method is strongly recommended
  • The customer is responsible for the return until it is received

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Order details
  • Photo or video evidence

If the issue is verified:

  • A replacement or refund will be provided
  • In some cases, a return may not be required

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval
  • Issued to the original payment method

We may delay refunds until:

  • The returned item is received, or
  • Proof of return shipment is provided

Lost or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows not delivered, we will investigate with the carrier.

If confirmed lost:

  • A replacement or refund will be issued

If tracking shows delivered:

  • The order is considered fulfilled
  • Customers should contact the carrier for further assistance

Refused, Unclaimed, or Incorrect Address

If a package is:

  • Refused
  • Unclaimed
  • Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address

We may deduct a return shipping and handling fee from the refund.


Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
  • To cancel an order before shipment, contact us immediately

If the order has already shipped, the return process applies.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

In the event of a dispute, we may provide:

  • Order confirmation
  • Billing and shipping details
  • IP address and transaction data
  • Shipping and tracking confirmation
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Customer communication
  • This policy as accepted at checkout

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Account restrictions
  • Refusal of future orders

Fulfillment & Returns

  • Orders may be shipped from domestic or international fulfillment centers
  • Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided after authorization

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any applicable handling or customs fees
