Order Processing
All orders are processed with care and attention to detail.
- Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment
- Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays
- Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery Time

- 5–15 business days after shipment

- We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States

Tracking Your Order

Please note:
- Tracking updates may take a few days to appear
- Delays in tracking updates do not necessarily mean the package is lost

These delays are outside our control, but we will assist you where possible.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Please contact us with your order number
- We will investigate with the shipping carrier
If a package is confirmed lost:
- A replacement or refund will be issued
If tracking shows “delivered”:
- The order is considered successfully delivered
- Customers should contact the carrier for further assistance
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to collect the package
We may:
- Charge a reshipping fee, or
- Deduct shipping and handling costs from the refund
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and warehouse location.
You will receive separate tracking details if this occurs.
Fulfillment
- Orders may be shipped from domestic or international fulfillment centers
- This allows us to offer competitive pricing and free shipping
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree that:
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays caused by carriers or external factors are outside our control
- You are responsible for tracking your shipment once it has been dispatched
