Order Processing

All orders are processed with care and attention to detail.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays
  • Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping & Delivery Time

  • 5–15 business days after shipment

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your location within the United States
  • Carrier operations
  • Seasonal demand or external delays

Shipping Costs

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States
  • No minimum purchase required

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note:

  • Delays in tracking updates do not necessarily mean the package is lost

Delays

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • We will investigate with the shipping carrier

If a package is confirmed lost:

  • A replacement or refund will be issued

If tracking shows “delivered”:

  • The order is considered successfully delivered
  • Customers should contact the carrier for further assistance

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to collect the package

We may:

  • Charge a reshipping fee, or
  • Deduct shipping and handling costs from the refund

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and warehouse location.

You will receive separate tracking details if this occurs.


Fulfillment

  • Orders may be shipped from domestic or international fulfillment centers
  • This allows us to offer competitive pricing and free shipping

Customer Responsibility
